Yoga en familia ofrece un espacio para conectar, estar presente, y jugar por medio del movimiento, consciencia plena y la respiración. Una sesión divertida con tu familia para desconectarse de la rutina y disfrutar un momento de conexión profunda.
Abierto a niños desde los 4 años y adultos de todas las edades. No se necesita experiencia ni ser flexible, solo tener un corazón y mente abierta.
Cuenta con reirte, moverte, respirar, relajarte, y hacer poses que te sorprenderán. Será una clase única e inolvidable.

This Beginner’s Macrame Workshop is a great class to start your magical macrame journey — or to refresh your skills and connect with other local makers.
Learn the basics materials used for macrame, the knots and techniques that you will be able to use to create stunning patterns and pieces.
It has been demonstrated that macrame is a meditative craft that helps to calm down, organize ideas, thoughts and emotions. Its ideal to learn to focus your attention on the present moment, and also exercise the brain!
